✔ Your brand no longer reflects who you’ve become.
✔ Your workplace doesn’t support the way your team works.
✔ Clients don’t experience your business as they should.
We take the time to understand your business first, then create a workplace that supports where it’s heading.

Not every office transformation needs to start from scratch.
Our recent project for Kingswood focused on a series of considered upgrades that completely lifted the workspace.
From creating dedicated spaces and refreshing finishes to upgrading lighting and introducing new furniture throughout, these small changes have made a real difference to how the office looks and feels.

The people behind District Four Design.
Meet the founders 👇
Kyle manages the commercial and delivery side of the business, overseeing projects from initial conversations through to site.
Emily leads the creative side of the studio, developing the design, visualisation and technical detail behind each project.
Between us, projects stay connected from start to finish, which is a big part of how we believe workspace projects should be delivered.

District Four Design was started in 2021 to bring brand and workspace into alignment under one roof.
Most workspace projects involve multiple companies all looking at different parts of the project in isolation. A brand agency focused on identity, an interior designer focused on the space, a contractor focused on delivery, and a furniture supplier focused on product.
Individually, all of those things matter.
But when nobody is looking at the bigger picture, things start to drift.
The business evolves, but the workspace no longer reflects it properly.
That’s why our studio works differently.
Brand strategy and identity, workplace design, fit-out and build, and furniture all sit under one roof, led by the same team from start to finish.
Not because every client needs every service, but because the thinking behind the project should still feel connected.
One team. One process. One idea carried through into the finished space.
If your workspace has fallen behind your business, that’s exactly where we come in.
