From brand strategy to office design: A full transformation for Discover Financial.
Discover Financial approached us during a key transitional phase in their business. As they were evolving, they needed a clear, confident brand identity to match.
Alongside that, they wanted their office space to reflect these values and create a cohesive environment for both clients and the team.
Four moves that transformed the space.
We kicked things off by running a series of brand strategy sessions, helping Discover define what they stood for and where they were heading. From this, we created a refreshed visual identity including a logo, typography, colour palette and tone of voice.
Once the identity was signed off, we rolled it out across their business. This included key marketing collateral such as business cards, letterheads and social graphics, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.
For the office itself, we created high-quality 3D visuals that brought the space to life before a single piece of furniture was ordered. This meant every design decision such as the layout and flow was made with confidence.
We supplied furniture that matched the refreshed brand and supported day-to-day team needs. Each piece was chosen to enhance functionality, complement the new aesthetic and carry the brand identity through into the physical workspace.
We delivered a cohesive brand and workspace that genuinely represents who Discover Financial are today.
The new identity gave them the clarity they needed to move forward with confidence and the reimagined office has boosted team morale and productivity.
Everything was delivered smoothly, on budget and with a clear eye on long-term value.
We worked with District Four Design to refresh our brand and improve our workspace, and the results have been brilliant. They worked closely with us to define a clear brand strategy and delivered a new visual identity that feels right for where we are as a business.
One brand, every touchpoint.
A brand shouldn't stop at the website, logo or marketing materials. The workplace is another opportunity for people to experience what the business stands for. For Discover Financial, we were able to consider both from the outset. Starting with brand strategy, we developed a new visual identity before carrying the same thinking through into their physical workspace, from the overall look and feel to the furniture the team uses every day. The project shows the value of approaching brand and workplace together. Rather than creating two separate identities, every touchpoint tells the same story, giving clients a more consistent experience and the team a workplace that genuinely feels like the business they're part of.
The finished brand and space.
