Workplace Care, in plain terms.
When does the subscription start?+
Workplace Care is included free for 12 months from your project handover. Before it ends we'll check in and you choose whether to continue monthly or annually. Core stays free either way.
How does the spend rebate work?+
If you spend £3,500 or more with us during a subscription year, on furniture, repairs, branding or project work, we credit your full Workplace Care subscription back against it. Active clients effectively pay nothing.
Can we cancel at any time?+
Yes. Monthly plans cancel with a month's notice and annual plans simply don't renew. Your Core access, documents and warranties stay available whatever you decide.
We’re not a District Four client. Can we still sign up?+
Yes. Workplace Care is open to any business. A one-off onboarding from £295 ex. VAT covers a site visit, digitising your existing manuals and certificates and building your furniture register, then the subscription runs as normal. The free 12 months applies to fit out and project clients only.
We finished a project with you a while ago. Can we still get the portal?+
Yes. We'll set your past projects up on Core free of charge and you can add Workplace Care whenever it's useful. Get in touch and we'll sort your login.
