We found the District Four team whilst searching for a local business to undertake a light refurbishment of our Doncaster office. Our goal was to create more meeting space and refresh the environment for our team, all while being cost-conscious and maintaining a professional image. What will my project cost?+
Our cost estimator gives you a working range for your project in about two minutes, based on the size of your space and how much of it you're changing. It shows you the figure before it asks for any of your details, and once we've seen the space we can give you a figure for your building.
Can we stay in the building while you work?+
Often, yes, and it's one of the first things we'll talk through when we survey. We can run the work in phases around your team or in one go with the space empty, and that choice shapes the programme and the price, so it's worth deciding at the start. Tell us whether staying put or finishing sooner matters more and we'll plan around it.
Can you help look after the office once the work is finished?+
Yes. Workplace Care is our planned support for commercial workplaces, there to help you look after the premises and take a more proactive approach to maintenance. It isn't a full facilities management service, and we'll talk you through what it covers for your building before you sign up.
Do you design spaces other than offices?+
Yes. Alongside offices we've designed education spaces, including staff rooms across eight schools in Pontefract, and four projects inside Doncaster Rovers' ground, as well as shops and restaurants such as a store concept for a Doncaster bakery.
