Office Refresh for
Stride Yorkshire.
A workspace that welcomes everyone.
Stride Yorkshire wanted to refresh their office without undertaking a complete refurbishment. The workspace needed to better support both the team and the people they work with, creating an environment that felt welcoming, organised and easy to navigate.
The brief was to make the most of the existing office by introducing thoughtful improvements that enhanced functionality, strengthened the organisation's identity and created spaces suited to different ways of working.
Four moves that transformed the space.
Recognising the needs of both the team and visitors, we introduced quieter breakout areas, improved zoning and a more considered layout to support a variety of working styles and create a more comfortable environment.
A bespoke graphic was designed to flow seamlessly from the boardroom glazing onto the adjoining wall, creating a bold visual feature that strengthens the organisation's identity throughout the office.
Existing furniture was retained and repositioned where possible, complemented by carefully selected new pieces to maximise the available space and improve functionality.
New flooring and a full redecoration brought the entire workspace together, creating a brighter, more cohesive environment with a fresh, welcoming feel.
Calm, confident and unmistakably Stride.
The completed refurbishment demonstrates how thoughtful design can create a workplace that supports both people and purpose.
By combining smarter space planning with targeted upgrades, Stride Yorkshire now benefits from a workspace that feels brighter, more functional and better suited to the way the organisation operates. The introduction of quieter breakout areas, refreshed finishes and bold branded graphics has created an environment that better reflects the organisation while supporting a range of working needs.
Making existing space work harder.
A successful workplace isn't just about how it looks. It needs to work for the people using it. For Stride, that meant considering different working styles and neurodiverse needs alongside the organisation's brand, practical requirements and existing space. Through better zoning, quieter breakout areas, smarter space planning and carefully considered furniture, we created an environment that gives people more choice in how and where they work. The project shows how thoughtful workplace design can improve the everyday experience for a wider range of people, without compromising on identity, functionality or visual impact.
