Last updated 16 August 2026. These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any contract we enter into with you for design, fit out or furniture work, which are agreed separately and in writing.

Using the site means accepting these terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We update them from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
What you may and may not do
You are welcome to read, print and share our pages for your own use or for your organisation. You must not:
- copy, republish or resell our words, photographs or drawings without our written permission
- use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that damages it or interferes with anyone else using it
- try to reach any part of the site, server or database that is not made public
- scrape the site at scale, send automated traffic, or use it to distribute anything harmful
Our work, and who owns it
Everything on this site is ours or is used with permission: the words, the photographs of finished projects, the drawings and visuals, the logo and the brand. Many of those photographs show a client premises and a client brand, and those clients keep their own rights in them. Please ask before using anything.
Anything you send us
When you fill in a form, ask for a quote, use the cost estimator or complete the workplace audit, you are giving us information so that we can reply. We handle it as set out in our Privacy policy. Please do not send anything confidential through a web form; email or ring us instead. You confirm that whatever you send us is yours to send and is not unlawful.
Estimates, guidance and timescales are indicative
Our cost estimator and our workplace audit exist to give you a sense of scale and a place to start a conversation. They are not quotations and they are not professional advice. Every project is different, and the only figure to rely on is a written quotation from us for your own project, based on a site visit and an agreed scope. Timescales given anywhere on this site are typical rather than promised.
Links to other websites
Where we link to somebody else we do it because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Availability and accuracy
We do our best to keep the site up, accurate and current, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. If you are using it as a consumer rather than for a business, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
