Leeds has a wide mix of office buildings for a city its size, and the building you're in shapes your project as much as your brief does. A new build floor at Wellington Place or Sovereign Square usually arrives as a shell or a Category A floor, with the services in place and a landlord with firm rules about what can be fixed where. A listed Georgian floor around Park Square or East Parade may need consent, and the services have to go where the building allows.
Converted brick down at the Calls and around Holbeck often brings acoustics and heating to think about, while business park units at Thorpe Park and White Rose are usually simpler to build in, so the layout does more of the work. We survey the building you have before we draw anything, so the design suits the space.

Do you work in Leeds?+

Do you work on listed and period buildings?+
Yes, and around Park Square and East Parade it comes up often. Listed building consent shapes the design as well as the cost, so we look at it in the first survey, along with uneven floors and where the services can run.
Will we see what it looks like before anything is built?+
Yes. We produce 3D visuals at design stage, so you can see the space and change your mind while a change still only costs a drawing. Several projects on this site are shown at that stage, including a meeting room for Flourish Enterprises in Doncaster and a breakout space for Keepmoat in Northampton.
Can you design for more than one site?+
Yes. We designed five German Doner Kebab restaurants, including the one in Leeds, and a design approach for an academies trust that was rolled out across eight school staff rooms in Pontefract. Working across sites starts with agreeing what needs to be the same everywhere, then designing what changes from one building to the next.
