Kingswood approached District Four Design to modernise their office environment and create a workspace that better supported their team while presenting a more professional image to visitors and clients.
The existing office had become dated, with inconsistent lighting, tired finishes and no clearly defined meeting space. While the layout worked from a functional perspective, the environment lacked the visual quality and clarity expected of a modern workplace.
The brief was to refresh the office through targeted upgrades, introduce a dedicated boardroom and improve the overall working environment without requiring a full structural redesign.

We introduced glazed partitioning to create both a private office and a dedicated boardroom. This allowed the workspace to gain more privacy and structure while still maintaining openness and natural light.

A full redecoration and new flooring were introduced across the office to modernise the environment and create a cleaner, more cohesive workspace.

We found the District Four team whilst searching for a local business to undertake a light refurbishment of our Doncaster office. Our goal was to create more meeting space and refresh the environment for our team, all while being cost-conscious and maintaining a professional image.
