Aspire PC approached us with a clear challenge: their current office layout no longer met the needs of their growing team. The space felt disjointed, lacked designated zones for specific functions, and didn’t reflect the modern, forward-thinking nature of their business.
Key areas, such as the kitchen and breakout spaces, were underutilised and impractical, leaving employees without a comfortable place to unwind or collaborate informally.
They needed a design overhaul that maximised their existing square footage while creating a dynamic and functional workspace that aligned with their brand.
Four moves that transformed the space.
We reimagined the layout to create clearly defined zones that balanced functionality and flow. This included introducing a reception area within the open-plan office to provide a welcoming first impression while seamlessly zoning the space.
We carefully selected complementary wall colours and finishes to reflect Aspire PC’s brand identity. Every detail, from the furniture specifications to the accent features, was curated to ensure a cohesive and professional environment.
Recognising the need for versatile areas, we designed a breakout space that serves as both a relaxing spot for lunch breaks and an informal meeting room. This dual-purpose approach optimised space usage and encouraged team collaboration.

Making existing space work harder.
Growth doesn't always mean you need a bigger office. Sometimes, the space you already have simply needs to work differently. For Aspire PC, the existing layout had become disjointed as the team grew, with underused areas and a lack of clearly defined spaces for different activities. By rethinking the layout, we were able to introduce better zoning, a welcoming reception and a multi-purpose breakout area that could support everything from lunch breaks to informal meetings. The project shows how strategic space planning can unlock more from an existing workplace, creating a more functional and enjoyable environment without automatically resorting to additional square footage.
