Concept design for Bidfood
A space to showcase the customer experience.
Bidfood approached us to design their new customer experience space, creating an environment where customers could explore their products in a setting that felt welcoming and relevant to the hospitality industry. The challenge was to bring product displays, a coffee counter and informal seating together in a cohesive space that reflected the Bidfood brand.
Four moves that transformed the space.
We developed a café-style concept that placed Bidfood’s products in a setting familiar to their customers. A coffee counter and food display formed the focal point of the space.
A mix of café tables and high seating created opportunities for informal conversations, giving customers somewhere to spend time alongside the product displays.
Timber finishes, muted green tones and textured surfaces brought warmth to the interior, while darker furniture and lighting added definition.
Bidfood branding and food imagery connected the space to the business, keeping the focus on its products within the wider hospitality setting.
A welcoming space with products at its heart.
The concept brings together a café-style counter, product displays and informal seating, showing how Bidfood’s new customer experience space could feel and function. Warm finishes and a clear brand presence give the proposed interior a welcoming character, with space for customers to explore products and sit down for a conversation.
